At our printing company, we strive to provide seamless service from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s what you need to know once your order is print-ready:

Shipping and Delivery
1) Production and Shipping
Once your order is print-ready, our production team will coordinate with a third-party courier to ship out your order promptly.

2) Delivery Timeline
While we aim for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee the exact day you will receive your order. Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 5 days.

3) Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are included in your order unless otherwise stated.

Upon Receiving Your Order
4) Inspecting Your Package
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please take multiple photos before opening it. After opening, take photos of the contents as well.
