This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Pewaris Gemilang Sdn Bhd (“the Company”). By accessing our services via pewarisprint.com or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. ARTWORK & DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 Customer Responsibility
The Company operates as a “Print-Only” service unless a specific design package is purchased. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of files. We do not proofread for spelling, grammar, or design layout errors.
1.2 Technical Requirements

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for digital prints; 72-150 DPI (at actual size) for large format/inkjet.
• Color Mode: All files must be submitted in CMYK. The Company is not responsible for color shifts resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversion.
• Bleed & Margin: Minimum 3mm bleed and 5mm safe zone for text.

2. COLOR ACCURACY & QUALITY DISCLAIMER
Printing is a chemical and mechanical process. Perfect color matching is not guaranteed due to variations in monitors, substrates, and ink batches. A tolerance of ±10% in color saturation and hue is considered industry standard and acceptable.

For fabric and PVC materials, minor imperfections like fine lines or small ink spots may occur due to the nature of the material and are not grounds for a refund.

3. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND
3.1 Commencement
Turnaround time begins only after (i) Full Payment is confirmed and (ii) Print-Ready Artwork is approved by our production team.3.2 Cut-off Times
Orders received after 5:00 PM (Weekdays) or 12:00 PM (Saturday) will be processed on the following working day. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from turnaround calculations.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
4.1 Finality of Orders
Due to the customized nature of printing, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If a cancellation is requested before production, a RM10.00 administrative fee applies.
4.2 Refund Method
All approved refunds are credited solely to the Customer’s Online Wallet on the website for future use. Cash or bank transfer refunds are not provided.
4.3 Defective Goods
Claims for defects must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The Company will, at its discretion, reprint the order. No refunds will be issued for errors caused by the Customer’s artwork.

5. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Proof of delivery (e.g., recipient signature or photo) shall be deemed final. Uncollected orders will be disposed of after 30 days without compensation.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & INDEMNITY
The Customer warrants they own the rights to all submitted artwork. The Customer agrees to indemnify Pewaris Gemilang Sdn Bhd against all legal actions, claims, or costs arising from copyright infringement or the printing of prohibited/illegal content.

7. DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Your information is used only for order fulfillment and internal marketing. For details, see our Privacy Policy at pewarisprint.com/privacy.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
