Calculating Production Timeline
Production timeline is stated in each of the product page.
Example: 3 Production Days

Order Day – The day of order placed before 12PM (during operating day and hour)
Ready – The day the product will be ready for delivery where third party courier will pick up thenext working day.

NOTES:
1. If a range of production days are shown (such as 2-4 production days), we are not able to commit to the shorter production day.
2. We will not be able to commit the actual day of delivery as we are engaging 3rd parties to deliver.
3. Production Days exclude date of the order and date of goods received.
4. Production Days exclude Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holiday.
5. “Ready” is the day your completed goods is printed.
6. Delivery will take additional few working days for delivery in West Malaysia.
7. The Production Days duration is applicable for Litho Offset product orders, submitted before 6pm.
8. The Production Days duration is applicable for Digital Offset products and Stamp Chop order submitted before 12pm.
9. Order submitted after cut-off time will be processed the next working day
