Thank you for choosing Pewaris Print. We take pride in the quality of our work. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, our return and refund policy is designed to address the unique nature of the printing industry while ensuring fairness for our customers.

General Notice: As custom-printed products are personalized and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind,” customer-end design errors, or if the product is no longer needed after the order has been placed.

1. Eligibility for Reprints or Returns
Customers may request a reprint or a return only under the following specific circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defects: The product arrived with physical damage or significant manufacturing flaws.
• Order Discrepancies: The item delivered does not match the specifications confirmed in the order (e.g., wrong size, material, or quantity).
• Significant Printing Errors: Heavy ink smearing, incorrect finishing, or alignment issues that were not present in the approved artwork.

2. Reporting Procedure

• 7-Day Deadline: Any claims regarding defects or errors must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
• Evidence Required: To process a claim, you must provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
• Physical Inspection: We reserve the right to request the return of the defective items for physical inspection before approving a reprint or credit.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Pewaris Print is not responsible for, and will not offer refunds/reprints for: Customer Artwork Errors: Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.

• Image Quality: Poor print results due to low-resolution images or non-vector files provided by the customer.
• Color Variance: Minor color variations (typically within 10%-15%) are standard in industrial CMYK printing and do not qualify for a refund. Colors may appear different on-screen than on the final printed material.
• User Selection: Incorrect selection of product types, materials, or finishing options during the ordering process.

4. Cancellations

• Pre-Production: Orders can only be cancelled if the printing process has not started. A cancellation fee (layout or admin fee) may apply.
• In-Production: Once an order has entered the printing or production phase, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit or a Discount Voucher for your next purchase. Cash or bank transfer refunds are subject to management discretion and may incur a processing time of 7–14 working days.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items. If a reprint is required due to an error on our part, Pewaris Print will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.
