  • Double-Sided: Custom designs on both sides (note: some printers avoid this to ensure the NFC serial number or TNG logo is not fully obscured).

• Size: Standard credit card size, 85.6mm x 54mm.
• Bleed Area: Designers should add a 2mm to 3mm bleed (making the file roughly 88mm x 57mm) to avoid white edges during trimming.
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI to ensure images aren’t blurry.
• File Formats: High-resolution PDF, AI, PNG, or JPG.
• Color Mode: CMYK (to match printer ink colors). 

• Quantity: Can range from 1 unit for personal use to bulk orders (100+ units) for corporate gifts.
• Lead Time: Usually 3–10 working days for production after artwork approval.
• Customization Flow:
  1. Place order on the website.
  2. Send artwork/photo via WhatsApp or Email provided by the printer.
  3. Approve a digital mockup before the actual printing begins.

• Original Serial Number: Do not cover or print over the 10-digit serial number on the back, as you need it for card registration and e-refunds.
• Dark Backgrounds: Some printers advise against very dark/solid black backgrounds as they can sometimes interfere with the NFC sensor’s sensitivity if the ink layer is too thick.
